Birthday Check List

Posted on May 27, 2012 at 5:50 AM Comments comments (56)
Birthday Check list has always been a challenge, specially with parents who are always busy and on the run all the time.
so, if we can share some ideas, would be great, I know that anyone can google it, but if we can find something new and exciting will be very good for our creative sense..

Well, for me, my check list would be as following:

Set the month prior the event..
try to check the weather if it is an outdoor event, or prepare an alternative so you are all prepared.

Select a theme, like what your kid like the most, cars..sponge bob, princess, art and craft, play ground, carnival...

If you are very busy, try to make a team of your friends, that always help and give you an opportunity to stay connected and have nice new ideas.

make a list of guests names

get invitations and send it two weeks before the event and make sure that poeple respond to confirm
to get + or - the exact number of kids and persons attending.

don't forget the cake, this one you have to order it earlier, and set for delivery in the event, or you can go pick it up early morning the same day of the event.

The candles are always needed of course.

Balloons...and helium tank

decorations according to your theme.

according to how many guest you have you can check your tables and chairs.

if you are going to serve pizza, you can order it also earlier.
